- Applicants must earn at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.
- Section 8 applicants: Must earn 2.5 times their portion of the rent.
Rental History
- No evictions or judgments in the past 7 years.
- No utility bills in collections.
- Must have a positive rental history.
Credit Score
- A VantageScore 3.0 by Experian of 580 or higher is required.
- Note: Credit score requirement is negotiable.

Screening Fee
- $50 per adult applicant (non-refundable)
